The Pro plan includes all the features of the Optimum plan, plus the ability to automatically perform bulk data entry for up to 12 systems by uploading piping data extracted from design programs. This has the advantage of saving time and resources required for data input, eliminating the possibility of errors such as typos and omissions during entry, and enabling the quick and accurate processing of large volumes of work.
The Enterprise plan adds team functionality and project sharing features to the Pro plan. This allows you to form teams for large-scale projects and share project progress in real-time.
The plans mentioned above are provided through individual contracts. Upon request, they can be developed and supplied as a custom private SaaS or as an on-premise version installed on the client's servers.
The differences lie in the number of vacuum requirements, the Pump Capacity Evaluation function, the conductance comparison for piping connection scenarios, HiPath™ (conductance analysis for each piping component), and CapaScan™ (function to extract pump capacity across process conditions).
Pipe Evaluation is a feature that displays the total conductance value of the piping at a specific pressure. In the Plus plan, the conductance results for each system's piping are displayed only at the pressure entered in the settings. In the Optimum plan, the pressure can be changed on-screen, and the conductance results for each system's piping are updated and displayed in real-time as the pressure changes. It also shows a pass/fail judgment by comparing the results against a set conductance range.
Pump Evaluation is a feature that allows you to analyze whether the applied pump's capacity is suitable by comparing the evacuation time and gas throughput simulation results—derived by adjusting the pump capacity—with the process conditions. The Plus plan displays a maximum of one vacuum requirement, while the Optimum plan displays up to two vacuum requirements alongside the simulation results.
HiPath™ is a feature that uses color temperature to display the conductance of each piping component, making it easy to identify components that need improvement. In the Plus plan, the color temperature for each piping element is shown only at the pressure entered in the settings. In the Optimum plan, the pressure can be changed on-screen, and the conductance values and color temperatures for each piping element are updated and displayed in real-time.
CapaScan™ is a feature that extracts the pump capacity across process conditions. It is available only in the Optimum plan and extracts the pump capacity across a maximum of two process conditions.
If you want to change the plan, please select the "change plan" button for the plan you want on the Pricing page and follow the instructions. The payment and product launch according to the plan change are as follows.
Upgrading the plan, the existing plan will be canceled immediately, and payment will be made for the new one. The recurring payment date will be renewed as the date of price for the new plan. The remaining period of the previous plan will not be refunded. The following are applicable for upgrades:
- Change to high-priced products among products with the same payment period
- Change to a product of another payment period
Downgrading the product, the existing product will be canceled immediately, and the new product will be applied without additional payment. The price of the changed product will be charged from the next recurring payment date. The following are applicable for downgrades:
- Change to a low-priced product among products with the same payment period
Monthly payments are made monthly and are paid on the same date every month. (If there is no such date, it will be paid on the last day of the month.)
Yearly payments are made yearly and are paid on the same date every year. (If there is no such date, the payment will be made on the last day of the month for the year.) Weekly payments are made every seven days.
Upon termination of recurring payments, the member can use the plan until the subscription's expiration date. The subscription expiration date can be checked in the "My Subscription History" on "My Page".
If the recurring payment is not made, payment will be attempted every day for 3 days, and if payment is not made within 3 days, the subscription will be canceled due to payment failure.
